The CPS confirmed that Andrew Tate, 38, faces 10 accusations, including rape, actual bodily lesions, human trafficking and prostitution control at Gain, concerning three women.
Her brother Tristan, 36, faces 11 accusations concerning a woman. They include rape, real bodily lesions and human trafficking. The two have already denied the reprehensible acts and said that any sexual activity was consensual.
A spokesperson for the CPS said in a statement on Wednesday: “We can confirm that we authorized the accusations against Andrew and Tristan Tate for offenses, including rape, trafficking in human beings, control of prostitution and real bodily lesions against three women.
“These accusation decisions followed the reception of a Bedfordshire police file.
“A European arrest warrant was issued in England in 2024 and, therefore, the Romanian courts ordered extradition for the United Kingdom of Andrew and Tristan Tate.
“However, domestic criminal affairs in Romania must be settled first.
