Tampa man killed in violent motorcycle crash
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Tampa man was killed in a crash Saturday evening, police said.
The Florida Highway Patrol said that at 9:20 a.m., a 28-year-old Tampa man was riding his motorcycle at a high speed on Hillsborough Avenue.

When the motorcyclist approached Montague Street, he collided with a Cadillac XTS that was attempting to turn left and ended up being ejected from the motorcycle.
Police said the motorcycle caught fire after the collision.
According to the FHP, the motorcyclist died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the Cadillac, a 67-year-old Tampa man, suffered minor injuries.
