Buenos Aires: Suruchi won her second medal in the competition while former Asian Games Champion Sarabh Chaudhary won an ISSF medal after two years, when the pair said that bronze by mixed 10-meter aerial team after defeating the compatriots Manu Bhaker and Ravinder Singh 16-8 in the world cup here.
With two Indian Olympians on each side of the competitive fracture, Sarabh has become the most coherent of the four shooters to help conclude the agreement with a 10.7 in the 12th series.
Earlier, Indian pairs had finished third and fourth in qualifying behind two Chinese pairs respectively.
Suruchi and Sarabh pulled a cumulative 581 while Manu and Ravinder were behind them at 579 points. The Chinese dominated identical scores of 582.
It was difficult to separate the Indian pairs in the first stadiums of the bronze match because the two were tied at six points each after the first six series of simple blows pulled by each shooter.
Suruchi and Saurabh then gained momentum with three consecutive victories in standard, and despite the fact that Manu and Ravinder drew one, he was too late.
It was the eighth medal of India in the World Cup here. They won four gold medals, two silver and two in bronze.
