A sexual health surgeon says you can’t tell the size of a man’s penis just by looking at his hands and feet.
Dr. Rena Malik made the statement Monday on the Diary of a CEO podcast, shattering the stereotype that guys with bigger shoes are better endowed.
However, the surgeon – who practices in Beverly Hills and Irvine, California – said there is one part of the body that could accurately indicate the size of a man’s member.
“There’s a study – it’s a Japanese study where they only looked at Japanese men, so there are some limitations – but they measured all these body parts and the length of the penis and they found that the length nose was correlated with penis length, not hand or foot length,” Malik said.
The expert wouldn’t reveal whether she’s seen any other studies linking nose and penis size, but said she’s definitely noticed an uptick in patients panicking about their penises .
Malik said guys who want to lengthen their willy could use a traction device.
“These are devices designed to lengthen the penis, but they are also intended for men with Peyronie’s disease,” she explained.
According to the Mayo Clinic, Peyronie’s disease “is a condition in which fibrous scar tissue forms in the deeper tissues under the skin of the penis,” causing curved and painful erections.
It can also make the penis shorter when erect.
Malik said a traction device can increase the length of a penis by up to 2cm.
However, men worried about the size of their penis should not be afraid.
Last year, another doctor said that most people overestimate the average penis size and that most men measure just over five inches, even when they are rock hard.
Dr Jen Caudle revealed the details in a TikTok clip in a bid to change expectations around appendages and destroy the motto that ‘size matters’.
