Supreme Court Allows Louisiana to Use New Congressional Map in Upcoming Elections

The Supreme Court said Wednesday it will allow Louisiana to use a congressional map in November that includes a second district where the majority of voters are black, giving them the opportunity to elect their preferred candidate. Nikole Killion reports.
