However, it was the Yasin Yazdi of Iran who entered the 87 kg final with a 3-1 victory against Sunil during the confrontation in the semi-finals.
Sagar Thakran won his 77 kg qualifications but lost 10-0 in the quarter-final against Amro Sadeh de Jordan. With a launch of 4 points on the ground, Sadeh reserved a place in the semi-finals.
