Street Outlaws member Lizzy Musi dies aged 33 after battling breast cancer

The racing community is mourning the loss of a beloved member.

Lizzy Musi-who became nationally famous on Outlaws of the streets: no kings of preparation-died following a battle with breast cancer, her father Pat Musi confirmed. She was 33 years old.

“Surrounded by family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25 p.m. tonight,” he captioned his heartbreaking June 27 Facebook update. “Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout his battle. Lizzy, a North Carolina native, gained national prominence in drag racing when she was cast on the Discovery Channel show. Outlaws of the streets: no kings of preparationa spin-off of the original 2018 series. She starred in the series alongside her father.

In April 2023, Lizzy shared that she was diagnosed with stage four triple negative breast cancer after the disease was detected in her liver and lymph nodes, and the reality star has been candid ever since with fans about his health journey.
