Stanford scientists discover an intriguing dinner hack that can help you keep you slim

Eating eggs and vegetables before fries could help you stay thin, research by American scientists suggest.

Experts from the University of Stanford have tested a dose of fiber, protein or fat before carbohydrates could reduce or delay peaks in blood sugar.

Such points have been linked to obesity, because fluctuating blood sugar makes you more likely to suffer from hunger and therefore nibble on calorific foods between meals.
