Spirit Airlines, Five Below, JB Hunt fall in after-hours trading

Asking for a Trend host Josh Lipton takes a look at some of the biggest moving stocks after hours.

Five Below (FIVE) shares are falling after the retailer announced a CEO change in its second-quarter guidance. CEO Joel Anderson will step down and be replaced by the company’s COO Kenneth Bull. The company also cut its second-quarter profit forecast, expecting a bigger decline in same-store sales than initially anticipated.

Spirit Airlines (SAVE) shares are also down after the company cut its second-quarter revenue forecast due to disappointing non-ticket revenue. The news is also weighing on shares of other airlines, including JetBlue (JBLU) and Southwest (LUV).

Similarly, shares of JB Hunt Transport Services (JBHT) are falling after its second-quarter earnings and revenue fell short of Wall Street expectations.
