Sophie Wessex appeared upbeat this morning as she arrived with her husband Prince Edward and their daughter Lady Louise for day three of the Royal Windsor Horse Show.
The Countess beat a sublime role inspecting a driving obstacle with her family, after the Queen attended the show on Friday – her first public appearance since the absence of the official opening of Parliament.
A mother of two, Sophie chose to wear a demure dark gray blazer, which she teamed with a long brown skirt and a printed white shirt for the busy day.
The Countess, who recently returned from a visit to the Channel Islands to mark the Queen’s Jubilee, styled her hair in a low ponytail for the event.
She opted for even-handed makeup and perched a pair of sunglasses on her head in anticipation of the pleasant and comfortable weather.
Today is the third day of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, one of Queen’s favorite events of the year.

Louise lives with her mother and father, Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex, and her younger brother James, Viscount Severn in Bagshot Park, Surrey, a few miles from Windsor.
The young royal, who competed in carriage driving competitions, is believed to have inherited her curiosity for carriage driving from the Duke of Edinburgh, who was instrumental in determining carriage driving as than sport in Britain.
And Louise continues to follow in her footsteps: earlier this month she competed in the British Indoor Driving Championships.

Carriage driving had been a favorite pastime of Prince Philip since the 1970s, and he raced carriages near Norfolk before symbolizing Britain at several World and European Championships.
In May 2017, Prince Philip explained how he started driving a car when he stopped participating in polo at the age of fifty.
He said: “I needed a ride to see what was next, I didn’t know what was out there. And I thought out of the blue, yes, we have horses and carriages, so why not give it a try.
“So I borrowed 4 horses from the stables in London, took them to Norfolk and trained and thought – why not?”
