
Some experienced users of Twitter bring one-liners and hot takes to their professional network on LinkedIn. Or at least they try.
Many Twitter users, celebrities and others, say they aren’t thrilled about what they see as turmoil following Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter. Mr. Musk oversaw
mass layoffs, revamped Twitter’s verification department, and relaxed content moderation guidelines. It also reinstated some suspended accounts, including that of Kanye West, who was again banned after the musician and designer known as Ye posted a swastika in a tweet. Some Twitter users seek refuge on upstart social sites such as Mastodon and Hive. Others move their online comments to LinkedIn, Microsoftfrom the professional networking site, where they can already count on a large audience and feel that the quality of interactions is better at the moment.
