“I have been single now for a year and a half, and I have somehow panicked once I have divorced,” she revealed. “I said to myself:” I’m 52, what’s going to happen? ” Where will I find (someone)? »»

Vergara and Manganiello were together for almost a decade after being presented by one of the actress’s elders Modern family Co-Stars, Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
Last year, Vergara revealed that the main reason for her divorce was the fact that Manganiello wanted children. She explained that she had no desire to “be an old mother”.
“I am newly divorced from my second husband, with whom I was for 10 years. My wedding broke because my husband was younger,” she said in an interview with El País. “He wanted to have children and I didn’t want to be an old mom. I think it’s not just for the baby. I respect the one who does it, but it’s no longer for me.”

Vergara has a son, Manolo, of a previous relationship. She continued by saying that the one who will come “must come with her own children”.
“I was a son at 19, who is now 32, and I am ready to be a grandmother, not a mother,” she continued. “So, if love arrives, he must come with (his own) children. I am almost in menopause; it is the natural way of things. When my son becomes dad, let him bring me the baby for a while and then I will return it to him and I will continue with my life; that’s what I have to do.”
