Although there is no unique guide for maternity, Sofia Richie Grainge wants her to know something postpartum: nipple pads. The model and the new mother have become francs with Instruction During a recent Baby2baby event in Los Angeles, where she packed maternal and newborn health kits alongside her celebrity colleagues Ayesha Curry and Victoria Monet. Baby2baby is a non -profit national organization that provides essential articles for children (and mothers) in need.
“It’s shocking how much we hear about follow-up or what you could live postpartum,” explains Grainge Instruction. “Having a place to turn to education is crucial – because I didn’t even know where to look at first. What Baby2baby does here – simply distribute basic information about how to put your baby safely, for example – is incredible.”

During the most recent event in Baby2baby at their head office in Los Angeles, the organization announced that it officially extended its efforts to combat the maternal health crisis. The non-profit organization has received a subsidy of $ 8 million in Huggies, including funds and donations of products in kind, allowing Babybaby to distribute maternal and newborns in hospitals in 15 states of the country. Ayesha Curry, who has four children, compared the experience to the old adage, “you need a village”.
“For me, I remember that it would be as simple as my sisters like:” Hey, do you want to take a shower? Like, I will keep you the baby “”, she shares. “And in this case, today, we pack the essential elements for mothers and babies – and something as simple as a washing of the body, a lotion, a shampoo – (therefore) you don’t have to worry about having to go out and buy this kind of things. It is mental freedom. It is mental clarity.”

For the co-PDG of Baby2baby Norah Weinstein and Kelly Sawyer Patricof, the event was an opportunity to strengthen their long-standing partnership with Huggies, which started 14 years ago with a donation of 100,000 layers and $ 100.00. According to their research, “mental health is the main cause of maternal mortality,” said Weinstein Instyle.
“And therefore the ability to be able to give mothers directly after having given birth objects they need and that their babies need – which are dear for a postpartum time that is already crushing – is what we have to do,” she continues. “So we selected them by hand when monitoring moms and comments, then we continued to find exactly what they needed.”
Grainge, for his part, had a lot of personal experience with regard to this “overwhelming postpartum time”.
“In my case, it was mental health,” she said Instruction. Fortunately, I had the resources to manage my postpartum difficulties – but it immediately made me think of women who do not do so. It can be extremely difficult, and it really breaks my heart for these moms. So it is incredible to associate with Baby2baby to restore – not just for babies, but also to mothers.
