SNL claimed to have discovered footage of the notorious poop left in Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s mattress during the show’s open and chill skit on Saturday.
Depp, played by Kyle Mooney in the skit, relayed his real-life allegation that his ex-spouse left a “fecal stash” on his mattress in Los Angeles.
Asked by his lawyer, played by Aidy Bryant, how he felt when he found out that someone had used his mattress as a bathroom, Depp replied: “I felt very unhappy.”
In the sketch, the courtroom reviewed a video showing Kenan Thompson taking advantage of a security guard making the grotesque discovery. Thompson refers to feces as a “dookie” and a “boobo”.
Thompson then brings in another member of Depp’s team played by Ego Nwodim and the pair discuss who left the ‘dookie’.
Nwodim then exclaims, “Dude, what’s wrong with white people?”
They are also joined as the couple’s staff by Melissa Villasenor and Chris Redd.

In the skit, Depp tells the courtroom: ‘I guess I was recognized as a real nightmare’
The sketch pushed Depp’s steady smirk throughout the trial
The skit opened with Kate McKinnon as MSNBC host Nicole Wallace detailing a number of the perceived bigger things running through America outside of the Depp/Heard lawsuit.
McKinnon jokes about the tanking news community: “You watch MSNBC because you have nowhere to put your anger.”
When introducing the protection of the case, McKinnon refers to it as a “cuckoo trial”.
Heard’s attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, was Heidi Gardner, who echoed Heard’s actual claims that the feces came from the couple’s dogs and argued that the video should not be proven.
Amber Heard did not appear in the sketch.
Judge Penny Azcarte, played by Cecily Strong, retorts: “It’s true, but I’m going to activate it, because it sounds good. And this trial is for fun!
At another point, the judge asks Depp if he finds the trial amusing to which he replies, “A little, of course.”
The choice then says, “Me too. You’re a dangerous Captain Jack” as she pulls out a glass of white wine from under her pew.
Strong continues: “I think I’ve seen enough. This trial has given me a lot to contemplate. On the one hand, I consider Mr. Depp’s story. But still, your frozen little smile lets me know. This isn’t the first girl you’ve driven so crazy she pooped in your mattress.
Mooney’s Depp smiled as he said to the choice, “I guess I was recognized as a real nightmare.”
Heard did not star in the skit but his lawyer Elaine Bredehoft was played by Heidi Gardner
The episode was hosted by Selena Gomez, who did not appear in Depp’s sketch, and featured musical visitor Post Malone. The show’s season finale airs next week and will be hosted by Natasha Lyonne.
Depp and Heard’s libel trial resumes May 16 in Virginia.
