Small Texas city in the solar eclipse path of totality prepares for massive crowds

About 25,000 people live in the small Texas town of Kerrville, near San Antonio. Kerrville is in the path of totality for Monday’s solar eclipse. Today, the city is preparing to welcome 100,000 people or more.
