EXCLUSIVE: Sky has reorganized its awards team with Charlotte Mardon-Heath named head of awards and original brands and Elisa Christophe joining this week as senior head of awards for film and TV.

Mardon-Heath, who joined Sky in 2022 after working at Netflix and Entertainment One, was promoted to head the awards team late last year and is responsible for setting the overall strategy for awards for Sky series and films, including campaigning, submissions and talent relations. , while continuing to work with original brands for Sky Studios titles.
Elisa Christophe joins the Sky Awards team today as head of marketing and communications at commercial agency and production company Independent Entertainment, where she works on titles such as My policeman, black dog, Lewis Capaldi: How I feel now and the next Richard Burton film Mr. Burton.
The Sky Awards team also includes Emma Joseph as Senior Awards Manager and April Ogiamien as Awards Coordinator. Gemma Thomas left Sky last year after five and a half years, most recently leading the awards team. She joined the international awards team for Apple TV+ based in London.
