The Coconino County, Arizona medical examiner confirmed in an autopsy report that Garrison Brown, 25, of the TV show Sister Wives died of a gunshot to the head.

His manner of death was ruled a suicide. Police said no foul play was suspected.

The report notes that one contributing factor was alcohol intoxication. According to the autopsy, Garrison’s blood alcohol level was 0.30%, based on his iliac blood analysis, and 0.37%, based on his vitreous analysis.
