Simone Biles admits that she will be at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles – but she could be seated in the stands.
The superstar gymnast won three gold medals and a silver in Paris 2024, which won its global Olympic medal at 11.
But Biles has not yet decided if she will participate in a fourth game in front of her crowd in the United States in three years.
“Right now, I’m still focusing on healing physically and mentally because the Olympic Games weigh on your body,” said the 28 -year -old.
“I don’t have much time because I have been so sacrificed to spend time with my family, my friends, my husband and things like that.
“So, I really appreciate my leave before deciding if I want to return to the gymnasium and compete.
“Many people think it’s just a year’s commitment, but it’s really the four years preceding the Olympic Games.

The American Gymnast superstar won three gold medals and silver at the Paris 2024 Games
“It is in Los Angeles, it is back in the United States, which is so exciting. But if I’m going to compete again, I’m not sure.
“I will be at the Olympic Games, but whether on the ground or in the stands, it is a big decision to make.”
Biles spoke after being appointed Laureus World Sportswoman of the year in Madrid on Monday evening. It was the fourth time that she had won the prize, equaling the record for another American idol, Serena Williams.
In her victory speech, Biles paid tribute to her husband Jonathan Owens on the date of their second wedding anniversary, admitting that he could not attend the ceremony because he was back in training with the Bears in Chicago.
She also praised another gymnast which was honored in the evening, Rebeca Andrade, who won the return award of the year.
Andrade, who bounded three LCA tears, beat biles with Olympic gold on the ground in Paris, while claiming Argentes behind her in the vault and in the competition.
And Biles think that the 25 -year -old Brazilian will one day replace her as the biggest gymnast in the world.
“Yes, I think Rebeca will probably be better than me at some point,” the American, who has 30 world medals in Andrade’s Nine, told.

“Rebeca is an incredible and extraordinary athlete. What she overcome is really inspiring.
“I have always liked competition against her because she really pushes me to be my best every time I compete.
“We are roughly neck and neck and I haven’t had someone for so many years, so it has been really exciting in recent years.
“With her LCA tears, she had to miss a lot of world championships. But I just know that if she was there, she would have exactly the same count of the medals as in previous years.
“I am exciting to be his competitor and her friend.
