Shocking moment: ‘Transgender’ student drags much smaller girl out of upstate New York school bathroom by her hair during fight, with clip prompting bomb threat that closed the school

A shocking video showing a “transgender” student attacking another girl in a women’s restroom has sparked a bomb threat at the school after the clip went viral.

The assault at Arcadia Greek High School took place in February and saw the victim dragged from a stall by the hair by a much larger assailant, described as transgender.

Footage of the attack was shared by feminist website Reduxx on Thursday and prompted a bomb threat against the school, forcing it to close on Friday.

Greece Central School District Superintendent Kathleen Graupman said the anonymous threat qualifies as a “hate crime,” as she criticized those using the video to promote “hateful” agendas.

The clip in question shows a student barging into a restroom and starting to beat a girl inside while other students film on their phones.

The student grabs the screaming girl by the hair and drags her across the floor and into the hallway.

The student throws several more punches before a staff member comes to separate them.

Even as they are taken away, the attacker refuses to let go of the girl’s hair.

Eventually the student is escorted away and the girl who was attacked runs behind and tries to fight back.

However, she is picked up and taken away by what appears to be another member of staff.

Following the images going viral on Thursday, the school received a bomb threat at 6:07 a.m. on Friday.

Several busloads of students who had already arrived on campus had to be rerouted while cops worked to investigate.

The threat accused the school of failing to create a safe learning environment and accused the district of encouraging the “mentally ill” and “degenerates,” referring to the struggle, NBC News10 reports.

The threat claimed the attacker was a transgender student who attacked a girl in the women's restroom.

Greece Central School District Superintendent Kathleen Graupman said the anonymous threat qualifies as a “hate crime” as she criticized those using the video to promote “hateful” agendas.

“They created a situation that allowed a girl to be assaulted in a women’s restroom by a worthless, mentally ill degenerate who thinks he is a girl,” the threat states.

“We are here to send a message, we placed a bomb in the school, evacuate now.”

There has been no confirmation from official sources about the gender identity of the students.

However, Reduxx said she spoke to another student at the school who claimed the attacker was transgender.

“Clearly this is being used for an agenda, whether it’s a personal agenda or a political agenda, it’s being used,” Graupman said.

“This fight that took place was significant and very, very upsetting and disturbing, and I also want to be very clear: it involved minors, it involved minors who deserve respect and privacy.

“We cannot share videos, names or personal identities.”

Graupman did not say what steps were taken to discipline the attacking student following the fight.

Police ultimately deemed the threat not credible and the school reopened after 9 a.m.

New York is one of the states with laws that allow transgender people to use the bathroom corresponding to their gender identity.

Supporters of the law say it helps ensure the dignity of trans people, who are often vulnerable to abuse and attack.

Critics say it can threaten women’s safety, by allowing men who decide to identify as transgender to access women-only spaces.
