And now that they have surpassed 100 goals conceded, they will have their place in the elite history books.

Chris Wilder’s men have endured a shocking year from start to finish, and they just want it to end now.

They have accumulated just 16 points, which as it stands is the third lowest in Premier League history.

They are currently tied with Huddersfield’s team from 2018/19.

However, no team since the Premier League played 38 games has ever conceded 100 goals.

Even Derby County’s team of 2007/08 only conceded 89 goals.
