“She thinks I’m here doing crazy shit.”

Wynonna Judd‘s daughter says her famous mom won’t answer her calls.

“I think she blocked my number,” Grace Kelley told The Post in an exclusive phone interview from prison.

Kelley, 27, is resting in Alabama’s Elmore County Jail after being arrested April 5 on a charge of indecent exposure.

This week, she was hit with another prostitution solicitation, according to jail records.

“My mother won't listen to me, she won't believe me. She thinks I’m out here doing some crazy shit,” Grace Kelley, Wynonna Judd’s daughter, told The Post in a jailhouse interview. Grace Kelley/Facebook

“My mother, she thinks I’m on drugs, right? She wants me to go to rehab. But when I got to prison, I took a drug test and passed it. I don’t take drugs. My mother won’t listen to me, she won’t believe me. She thinks I’m here doing crazy shit.

Kelley, who said she lives “here, there and everywhere,” is being held on $2,000 cash bail.

She said no one from her famous family, including her actress aunt Ashley Juddor her brother Elijah, a “game warden in the state of Tennessee,” contacted her.

She wonders if the suicide of her grandmother Naomi Judd in 2022 contributed to her unhappiness.

“I don’t know if when my grandmother killed herself she cursed me,” she said.

Cops said they spotted Kelley holding a sign reading “Ride for a Ride” on the side of the road in the Montgomery suburb of Millbrook.

“I was doing it honestly. I literally had a sign that said, ‘Help me with my ride,'” Kelley insisted.

When Millbrook Police Department officers first approached her, she said, “I gave them all my information. I was like, “I’m not doing anything wrong. I don’t have any drugs on me.

As she crossed the street, away from the cops, she heard sirens.

“The officer who stopped literally told me to get on my knees. . . so I knelt down, took out my wrists and said, ‘I’m going to keep walking like this because I have the right to travel,'” she recalls.

“He says, ‘If you walk that way, I’m going to take you to fucking jail.'”

She said she was initially charged with criminal identity theft.

“I said, ‘Well, I hope your body camera works because I’m going to put you in court because I just gave you all my correct information.’

After her identity was confirmed, she says the charges were amended to disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.

She said this was just the beginning of the nightmare.

“They hurt me, they put me in this chair where they tied me up where it literally broke the skin. They put me in a padded room with a hole in the floor and they turned off the light for me and I stayed there for three days tied to a chair. No water, no toilets, nothing,” she said.

“My wrists are literally scabbed over from the restraint chair because they squeezed me so hard because I was swearing at them all, telling them to go to hell because they had no reason to arrest me . When I go to court, all this bullshit will be dropped.

On her third day in jail, Kelley was charged with indecent assault, she said.

She claimed she had never been dressed indecently.

“I was wearing a bra, okay? In addition to my bra, I had a sports bra. On top of that, I wore a T-shirt,” she said. “There are women who go jogging every morning wearing only sports bras.

“Down there I was wearing a skirt and I had panties on, not a thong, real underwear. No nipples were shown. No vagina was shown. Nothing was exposed.

She believes the authorities treat her differently because of her ancestry.

“Because of who my family is, it’s either a blessing or a curse, it’s almost like they’re trying to throw the book at me. It’s like, “Let me do everything I can to make your life hell.”

The Millbrook Police Department did not return calls for comment.

Kelley – Judd’s daughter with businessman Arch Kelley III, her first husband – has a history of run-ins with the law.

In 2015, she was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee, and later pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine.

After leaving her court-ordered rehabilitation program, she was sentenced to eight years in prison, but was granted temporary leave to welcome her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, in March 2022.

She was released in December 2022, but in May 2023 she was arrested again for violating a protection order and her parole.

“I just finished an eight-year sentence, so I’m trying to get back on my feet, but I have no help from my family. I don’t have anyone’s help,” she told the Post.

“And I try to do it the right way. I try not to sell drugs. I try not to sell myself. But when you don’t have anyone, what do you do?

When asked what she would like to say to Wynonna if she could, she replied, “I’m innocent.”

Wynonna Judd did not return messages seeking comment.
