At only 2 years old, Shawn Johnson Eastthe son Jett proves he can handle whatever life throws at him.
Take his visit in the middle of the April night to the emergency room. “He got it right,” Shawn told E! News in an exclusive interview, sharing that her second child inadvertently pushed his head into the metal bed frame. “Andrew and I were evaluating him and we were like, ‘We’re going to the emergency room 100 percent.'” However, she continued, “He recovered two minutes after it happened. We did all 10 stitches.”
And even though the little one is literally scarred for life, he’s actually quite happy about it.
“The only thing he likes now is that he has the exact same scar as daddy,” Shawn said, referring to the time when her husband Andrew East passed out in the gym of their Nashville home and hit his head. “Same exact location, same number of dots, same eyes, literally identical.” Basically, the 32-year-old continued: “It worked really well.”
