Shara Magomedov fought Michael Page to UFC Saudi Arabia with “Cauchemardesque health condition” in the first declaration

Shara Magomedov suffered her first loss of career at UFC Saudi Arabia in Michael Page, but also says that he was not at the top of health.

“Bullet” abandoned a unanimous decision on page – which went from the Welter weight to take the competition – losing a pair of 30-27 and a 29-28 on the dashboard of the judges. The speed, adhesion and elusive movement seemed to throw Magomedov throughout the fight, but after the loss, the 30 -year -old published his first statement which he declared that he entered the fight with a problem bad health.

“The pirate sails in the port, but I will come back,” said Magomedov.

“I knew all the risks by intervening with a state of health and such a nightmare preparation. I felt that despite everything, I could still win, but that didn’t work, and that’s it.

“Thank you to the UFC organization for this opportunity and to all the people involved. I wanted to make a show and meet expectations without canceling the fight. Thank you to everyone who lifts me in any situation! Alhamdulillah.

Magomedov has not revealed any detail with regard to his health before the fight. Before the defeat against page, Magomedov won victories over Michal Oleksiejczuk and Bruno Silva, as well as arrest victories against Antonio Trocoli, and in one of the best Knockouts of 2024, Arman Petrosyan at the UFC 308 in October.
