The lawyer representing Shannon Sharpe against a trial of $ 50 million alleging that the temple of football renown violated a woman published hundreds of text communications between Sharpe and the alleged victim on Tuesday.
The complaint, filed on Sunday at the State Court of the Nevada, says that Sharpe attacked, sexually assaulted, committed sex and sexual injuries and had intentionally inflicted emotional distress during the relationship of almost two years.
Sharpe described the trial as a “shakedown” in a registered statement published on Tuesday, and his lawyer, Lanny J. Davis, published text exchanges which he described as showing “a sexual game model which specifically includes his suffocation by him”.

In a text that was published, the alleged victim, which was appointed by the Sharpe legal team but is not identified by the post, wrote in a message on June 14, 2024, “I want to be abused of dad.”
In a separate text on July 6, 2024, the woman wrote to Sharpe: “I want you to attach me like that and that I am abuse dad” accompanied by an explicit image of a man and a woman performing an intimate act.
She also sent a text to the ESPN personality using handcuffs several times and sent Sharpe several sexually explicit images involving the use of handcuffs.
“I want as a hardcore BDSM Tho action,” said the alleged SMS victim in Sharpe on January 31, 2024.

In the midst of the released texts, there seemed to be one earlier this year on January 2 – the same day that the woman said that she was raped by Sharpe in her trial – where she confronted her about the alleged assault.
“But I cried when you left because I begged you to put a condom and not put it in my ass and you did not listen,” she sent him a text. “I don’t care what our history is, no one means Shannon.”
She also sent him a text: “IDK how to treat this”.
He replied, “Can I call you later?”
It was not clear from the changes of text published, if they discussed what had happened on the phone.
The messages came to several texts shared by the Sharpe team on Monday in which she asked Sharpe to “put a dog necklace around my neck” and “attach me and do bad things”.
The text press release and a Tuesday press conference by Sharpe’s lawyer were part of an attempt to publicly repel the allegations made in the trial.
Davis told journalists at the virtual press conference that Sharpe had been willing to pay the woman, at least 30 years younger than the former NFL star, “at least $ 10 million” to settle the trial, but she rather chose to take a “very lucrative” contract for the Podcast “Club Shay Shay” of Sharpe which was reported recently.
The lawyer also said that the woman was a unique model who participated in “role -playing and virtual fantasy with people who pay her”.
“It was a fact that the plaintiff began to invoice Mr. Sharpe Money. It is who it is by the facts. I simply describe that she is only on fans and invoices people to play the role -playing game,” said Davis.
Sharpe denied allegations.
ESPN refused to comment on the issue.
