Shannon Sharpe may have threatened to suffocate his rape accuser with more than one opportunity.
The lawyer representing Sharpe’s ex-girlfriend in his $ 50 million rape trial against NFL Great published another alleged telephone conversation between the two. And just like the previous band, which Sharpe’s lawyer described as authentic and misleading, the 56 -year -old is heard again to share his plans to stifle his partner.
Significantly, the date of recording is unknown and a large part of the context around the conversation remains unclear.
“I am not really interested in serving myself,” said the woman in the recording of band published for the first time by TMZ.
“I can suffocate you in public,” said hearing the voice of a man. “Big Black Guy stifles the little white woman.
The woman replied after a brief break: “It’s not a good look, Shannon.”
Shannon Sharpe may have threatened to suffocate his rape accuser at more than one opportunity
“Not a good look that you did what you did to me”, the man’s voice retaliated, although it is difficult to say what he was referring to.
Dailymail.com contacted Sharpe’s lawyer, Lanny Davis, and the lawyer of the applicant Tony Buzbee for more details.
The band is strangely similar to another call published previously by the office of Buzbee in Dailymail.com in which Sharpe is heard: “I will suffocate you.
Davis confirmed the authenticity of this recording, but said that his client was talking “in the moment of the moment” and the violent threat was “not intended”.
Sharpe denied allegations and accused the plaintiff of being financially motivated, although Davis confirmed that his client had previously offered at least $ 10 million to settle the case with his accuser.
Davis appointed the accuser in Monday’s declaration which also included several sexually explicit SMS that she would have sent to the triple winner of the Super Bowl. In addition, Davis published so -called text messages between the accuser and his client, one of which from the beginning of January in which she seems to accuse him of rape: “no means of Shannon”.
In his own Tuesday declaration, Buzbee said that “ an incredibly overwhelming video is indeed “and its content” would say a lot about Mr. Sharpe and his behavior “.
Davis and her client have since demanded that Buzbee publishes an unpublished version of the images, which, according to them, will be misleadedly changed to incriminate Sharpe.
“ Do not touch, do not dab, do not modify this band which, without a doubt, has been considerably modified, so that when it is published, as we expect it to be, we will immediately explain how edited and distorted and out of context, said Davis. “We will get a copy of this band, then we will see if it has been falsified.”
Buzbee has already denied modifying the images.
“Sharpe’s latest lawyer’s latest lawyer accuses Ms. Jane Doe of modifying a video – an affirmation which is not only manifestly false, but also desperate,” wrote Buzbee. “The lawyer also suggests that Ms. Doe refused to make the video available to Mr. Sharpe. Again, this statement is easily proven.
“This is what is true,” continued Buzbee. “Although Jane Doe has never referenced a video or multiple audios she has in the trial she has tabled, now that Mr. Sharpe’s lawyer has decided to approach this subject, we will approach it.”
This aforementioned video will be played at the jury ” wrote Buzbee in his statement.
