The tight winger of the renowned temple Shannon Sharpe made the headlines last week as part of his prosecution Nine -digit podcast agreement. This week, he faces an eight -digit trials.
Sharpe was continued on Sunday by a woman proceeding under the pseudonym “Jane Doe”. The 13 -page civilian complaint, filed before a state court of Nevada, alleges that Sharpe has committed assaults, sexual assaults, assaults and injuries and sexual assaults, and that he is committed to the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The applicant claims to have undertaken a “rocky relationship” which lasted almost two years.
The complaint alleges that Sharpe has recorded their sexual activities, something without his knowledge and that he shared the videos with others without his permission or knowledge. The complaint argues that it was another woman, not the applicant, with whom Sharpe had sex when he “accidentally” broadcast the meeting on Instagram.
It was, according to the complaint, the moment when the applicant “started to move away from Sharpe”. The complaint claims that he continued him tirelessly after ceasing to answer his phone or share where he is.
The complaint maintains that Sharpe confronted the applicant in October 2024, after starting to separate from him. The complaint details the meeting that followed, which led to allegedly forced sex against her consent.
Another alleged incident occurred in January 2025. The complaint alleged that Sharpe has embarked on unprotected sex with the applicant, despite his efforts to make him arrest or carry a condom.
From the first page of the complaint: a woman can say “yes” to consensual sex with a man eighty-nine times, but
When she says “no” even once, that “no” means no. The defendant Shannon Sharpe, a man accustomed to getting what he wants, does not understand this basic concept. After several months of manipulation and control of the applicant – a woman more than thirty years younger than him – and threatening several times to suffocate suddenly and to slap it violently, Sharpe refused to accept the no and violated the complainant, despite her bloody and repeated cries of “ non ”. “”
The complaint is looking for a minimum of $ 50 million in Sharpe. If there is a trial, the recovery, if necessary, will be determined by a jury, on the basis of the evidence and the law. The number can, in theory, be anything.
The applicant is represented by Micah Nash and Tony Buzbee. Buzbee got importance in the circles of the NFL via the representation of more than 20 complainants who pursued the quarter-Arrière Deshaun Watson, from the beginning of 2021.
It is a civil affair, without criminal consequences which are directly attached to it. Sharpe will have all the defenses available at his disposal as the case takes place.
