THE Beverly Hills, 90210 one alum – who was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2020 – shared that she felt “exhausted” before starting a new round of chemotherapy treatments.
“It becomes very real in an incredibly different way,” Shannen said during the June 24 episode. Let’s be clear podcast, “because I have no idea how long I’m going to be on chemo.”
Noting that she does not know if the treatment will last several months or “if after three months, it does not work, if we are going to change again”, the Charm The actress added: “It’s not something I can predict. It’s not something my doctors can predict. And it’s scary.”
And Shannen’s new cancer treatment, which has spread to her brain and bones, isn’t the only change in her life that’s been causing her anxiety lately. The 53-year-old shared that her ongoing divorce battle with her ex Kurt Iswarienko– from whom she separated in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage – also made her feel like she was “walking into the unknown”.
