At least seven people have been injured after reports of a shooting at Peck Park in San Pedro.
Sky2 was at the scene as an officer from the Los Angeles Police Department performed CPR on a male victim.
It was initially reported that at least four people were injured in this shooting.
Four of the victims were men and three women. At least three of the victims were shot and two were taken to hospital, CBSLA has learned.
A man and a woman were among the victims with gunshot wounds and are in critical condition, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
There are no casualties at the scene of the shooting yet.
LAFD first responders, along with LAPD officers, arrived at the scene at the 560 block of N. Western Avenue around 3:51 p.m. Sunday, where authorities have now said at least seven people were injured.
The gunshots were heard near a car show taking place Sunday in Peck Park, a popular recreation site for San Pedro residents.
The LAPD has issued a citywide tactical alert as the suspect remains outstanding, CBSLA has learned.
CBSLA reporter Laurie Perez is at the scene of the shooting where the entire park has been declared a crime scene and anyone present during the shooting has not been allowed to leave until police declare them suspects, according to LAPD officers at the scene.
There is no information on the suspect at this time.
