K-Pop group Seventeen is one of the biggest acts performing at Glastonbury Festival this year. It’s the biggest in more ways than one: the boy band has 13 members and sold more than 10 million albums worldwide last year.

Blending hip-hop, EDM, love ballads and pop hits, the group was only surpassed internationally by Taylor Swift last year. It consists of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon and Dino.

The South Korean group are set to make music history by becoming the first K-pop group to perform on Glastonbury’s hallowed Pyramid Stage. The concert will also be the group’s first in Europe.

Expect laser-precision synchronized dance routines and a set that’s sure to include huge hits such as Very Nice, Mansae and Don’t Wanna Cry. This is a performance no K-pop fan will want to miss.

Its BBC iPlayer online service will offer continuous live streams from the festival’s five main stages throughout the weekend, with Pyramid Stage sets available in 4K, including Seventeen’s. The service will also offer catch-up on over 90 on-demand channels up to 30 days after broadcast. All you need is a valid UK TV licence and to be located in the UK to access the streams.

For the first time, the BBC will be live streaming select performances from Glastonbury to a global audience. Dua Lipa and Coldplay’s Pyramid Stage performances will be available worldwide on bbc.com. Unfortunately, Seventeen’s performance is not among those selected to be broadcast live worldwide.

The site will also feature festival highlights, updates and analysis throughout the weekend, however, and we expect at least part of Seventeen’s set to eventually be available on-demand after their performance.

Quick Tips for Streaming Glastonbury 2024 Using a VPN

  • With four variables in play – your ISP, your browser, your video streaming provider and your VPN – your experience and success streaming this year’s Glastonbury Festival may vary.
  • If you don’t see your desired location as the default option for ExpressVPN, try using the “Search for a city or country” option.
  • If you’re having trouble watching the show after enabling your VPN and setting it to the correct viewing area, there are two things you can try for a quick fix. First, log into your streaming service subscription account and make sure the address registered for the account is an address in the correct viewing area. If not, you may need to change the physical address registered with your account. Second, some smart TVs, like Roku, don’t have VPN apps that you can install directly on the device itself. Instead, you’ll need to install the VPN on your router or the mobile hotspot you’re using (like your phone) so that any device on its Wi-Fi network will now appear in the correct viewing location.
  • All of the VPN providers we recommend have helpful instructions on their main site for quickly installing the VPN on your router. In some cases, with smart TV services, after installing an app, you’ll be asked to verify a numeric code or click a link sent to your email address registered for your smart TV. This is where having a VPN on your router will also come in handy, as both devices will appear in the correct location.
  • And remember that browsers can often give away location despite using a VPN, so be sure to use a privacy-focused browser to connect to your services. We normally recommend Brave.
