Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (AP) – US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said those responsible for American -Russia talks have agreed to restore the Embassy staff and create a high -level team to negotiate peace in peace Ukrainian and promote economic cooperation.
Rubio has said that actions in recent years have reduced the capacities of the diplomatic missions of the two countries to operate.
He said: “We will have to have dynamic diplomatic missions which can operate normally in order to be able to continue these conduits.”
