Senator Warren and Other Top Democrats Use Intimidation to Stop Pregnancy Support Groups from Helping Moms

So Senator Elizabeth Warren is back.

Not content with intervening in July when she made the absurd claim that pregnancy counseling centers are torturing women and should be shut down “across the country,” the Massachusetts Democrat delivered another swipe politician to appease his pro-abortion supporters.

Warren and a handful of pro-abortion colleagues in the US Senate this week sent a defamatory letter to Heartbeat International, allegedly seeking answers about Heartbeat’s data collection practices and policies.

The letter is not serious in that it is not based on facts, but serious in its real intention – which is to intimidate those who do not support abortion as the only option for women facing unplanned pregnancy.

To be clear, every woman deserves compassionate care and support in the face of an unexpected pregnancy. And the tools used by pregnancy centers to provide this care are safe and secure, because client safety is of the utmost importance.

Pro-abortion groups have assumed for years that Heartbeat might use client information in harmful ways and yet it never happened.

This latest stunt is just another pro-abortion attack in the wake of the Dobbs decision that returned abortion to the United States.

It is not enough that pregnancy aid organizations and other pro-life entities have been targeted by abortion activists with violence, vandalism and threats since Project Dobbs leaked in May, with no honest pursuit of domestic terrorists behind federal government attacks.

No, these Big Abortion allies seek to come to the aid of pregnancy from a place of intimidation from the halls of Congress.

Dobbs’ result is among the lies conveyed in the senators’ letter on abortion, along with their histrionic statement that Dobbs “stripped women of their right to abortion.”

Other fictions pushed by Democratic lawmakers include Heartbeat and affiliated pregnancy counseling centers “luring pregnant women” “using a variety of false and deceptive tactics”, which “Heartbeat International promotes websites that have misrepresentations”, and that Heartbeat employs “practices.”

These statements are made without justification, they have no basis in reality, and they only exist in the pro-abortion field as turning points of discussion.

These are not the only untruths contained in the letter, but to be frank, without the fabrications and presumptions advanced by Warren, as well as Senators Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii; Cory Booker, D-NJ; Bernie Sanders, I-VT; Ron Wyden, D-OR; Ed Markey, D-Mass. and Richard Blumenthal, D-CT, there would be no letter at all.

These federal lawmakers actually expect readers to believe that women who come to Heartbeat affiliates for services and support “erroneously believe they can seek legitimate abortion and care services.” reproductive health”.

So even accepting the ridiculous premise that pregnancy support staff actively cheat women, their assertion that women coming for help could be so easily deceived insults those women.

“Trust women,” says the abortion discussion topic, except when they could potentially veer off the path of abortion and engage in pregnancy assistance.

The senators attempt in their letter to portray Heartbeat’s Next Level content management solution and Option Line contact center as devouring the data of unsuspecting women in need, without oversight or accountability, implying that this information will be passed on. to, wait, “bounty hunter abortion.”

Their wild imaginations aside, the senators assume and present Heartbeat’s life-affirming mission and its efforts to function as a resource for its affiliated organizations in today’s tech-driven world as nefarious simply for not be conducive to their abortion program.

In fact, Heartbeat has been around for over 50 years, Option Line for nearly 20 years, and Next Level for seven years, and there has never been a data breach of customer information. Every business has a responsibility to learn more about the people it wants to serve and how best to serve them. Data makes this possible. Heartbeat is no different, except that we serve our “customers” at no cost or for profit.

Other truths: Next Level actually secures customer information more than paper, scenarios speculated by pro-abortion senators would be the same for centers using paper record keeping, Next Level, Option Line and Heartbeat work hard to comply all applicable privacy and security laws, Next Level uses the same secure software platforms used in hospitals and medical practices nationwide, and every medical pregnancy clinic is under the direction of a medical director – all properly licensed and meeting all applicable medical guidelines.

One might wonder if the rabid intent to attack pregnancy aid organizations stems from the fact that each of these senators received campaign contributions from Planned Parenthood.

You know Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, which claims abortion accounts for just 3% of its business, and received more than $630 million in taxpayer money last year only.

Oh, and, hey, Planned Parenthood’s security and privacy web pages admit that they provide customer information to other companies such as TikTok, Google, and Facebook.

So, are these Democratic senators looking into the security of this organization?

Don’t hold your breath.

If senators really cared about protecting women’s health, they would work with other members of Congress to understand what big tech companies like Google, Facebook and Twitter do with the information they receive from women at home. seeking help with pregnancy.

Let’s be honest; it’s not about what’s best for women, and it’s not about “choice”. It’s simply because pregnancy centers provide the antidote to abortion.
