Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania joins CBS Mornings a little more than a year after seeking treatment for depression at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Fetterman, who suffered a stroke in May 2022, used a captioning device and a stenographer to address the war between Israel and Hamas and the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
