See Zendaya’s Secret Third Met Gala Look

I gasped when Zendaya returned to the Met Gala stairs for round two after ditching her first peacock look for an archive Givenchy dress and Alexander McQueen flower bouquet headpiece. And while that mid-carpet costume change was certainly surprising, the actress changed her look yet again, even though no one knew about the secret third dress until photos from inside the event are published on the Internet.

After heading to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for her co-chair duties (alongside fellow hosts Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth), Zendaya adopted a simpler look — I imagine it would be pretty hard to move around the exhibition. with the massive train on look number two, this could have served as a wedding dress. Personalized Ivory (Or really, Really a slight blush? The lighting makes it hard to tell.) Celia Kritharioti’s piece featured a very deep plunging neckline and intricate white, crystal beading with tiny floral appliqués that flowed down the skirt.

Zendaya kept her hair in the low bun that we saw under both of her hats on the carpet, and she kept her glam from the second look: light purple eyeshadow in the inner corner and bleached brows. Accessories included diamond earrings and a matching ring.

Earlier in the night, Zendaya wore the aforementioned blue and green striped dress with a feathered fascinator and a bold glam look that included Josephine Baker-esque brows and brown eyeshadow on her lids and under her eyes. Next came the archive Givenchy dress from 1997 and the Alexandre McQueen headdress from 2007.

At the end of the evening, Zendaya donned a gray silk backless dress adorned with a dazzling chain for the Loewe after-party.
