The adolescent commissioners wanted
Cupertino teenagers are encouraged to ask for five vacant posts from the city’s adolescent commission.
The deadline for request is at 4 p.m. Friday, May 9. The municipal council will carry out interviews from 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday May 28 and Thursday May 29 if necessary.

Historical visit of the prison
Orwell meets Elvis for an exclusion from a farm and an excursion by Jailhouse Rock organized by the elderly in the Bay region. On April 22, adults aged 50 and over are invited to join a guided tour of the museum and the prison in the history of the coastside to learn more about the history of agriculture, surfing and railway of half Moon Bay and listened to stories of prison crimes.

Build a volunteer base
The reconstruction of Silicon Valley is looking for volunteers to help National Reconstruction Day on Saturday, April 26.
Project site volunteers are necessary to help repair and keep customers’ houses. These customers are mainly low -income veterans and older adults, families with young children and disabled residents.
Reconstruction Ensemble is also looking for photographers to capture progress on each project site, and warehouse volunteers are necessary for various tasks before, during and after the reconstruction of the day.
In 2024, the reconstruction of Silicon Valley initiated 1,116 volunteers who donated 10,990 hours to make repairs on 256 houses and two non -profit facilities.
