Sean “Diddy” Combs, in a resurfaced video, was seen beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura

Sean Diddy’s former assistant ‘not surprised’ by his assault video

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant admits none of the lawsuits against the music mogul or resurfaced videos “surprised” her.

Suzi Siegel, who served as Combs’ assistant from 2008 to 2009, revealed to CNN that she was not surprised by Cassie Ventura’s trial in November or by the recently emerged footage in 2016 of Combs assaulting her in a hotel, although she never witnessed any public abuse during of his mandate.

Although Siegel never saw Combs speak harshly or insult Ventura, she felt deeply disturbed and angry upon learning of the recent developments, stating, “There wasn’t a single cell in my body that was surprised . »

His shock was not due to a lack of awareness, but rather a feeling of horror and disgust at the revelation.

“I rode in limousines with them, I went to parties with them. I guess what I would say, even though I’ve never seen anything that would corroborate the content of this trial and what we just saw , there was not a single cell in my body that was surprising,” Siegel said.

“I would say I was around him a lot and I got a sense of who he was,” she added. “I didn’t see anything that would get her in trouble. But I think there’s a power dynamic in a situation like that – especially her, at the start of her career, so young, so beautiful and so talented.”

As previously reported, Combs is shown kicking, pushing and pulling his ex-girlfriend in 2016 in surveillance footage released by the network on Friday, May 17. The video corroborated Ventura’s claims in his now-settled lawsuit in November.

Suzi Siegel, who worked for Diddy during the early days of his relationship with Cassie Ventura (2007), said she was not personally abused by him, stating, “I didn’t see that behavior.”

“Obviously, I saw it with the rest of America today. But when I saw it, I knew it was something he could be capable of.”
