Sean “ Diddy ”, the comb suspended from a victim on a balcony, say the prosecutors by adding details to the case

New York (AP) – Prosecutors added details to their indictment against Sean “Diddy” combs Thursday, saying that the hip-hop star planned for a trial in May is accused of sex traffic at least three women and once hanging someone on a hotel balcony during a two decades racketeering.

The actual accusation act was filed with the Federal Court of Manhattan. A Combs lawyer Marc AGINFILO, noted that the replaced accusation act contains no new charge.

Combs, 55, a Pleaded not guilty to accusations of sex trafficking deposited against him after his arrest in September. He remains incarcerated without surety, waiting for a trial of May 5.

In the accusation act replaced, prosecutors added four years to the duration of the alleged racketeering plot, saying that it had lasted approximately 2004 to 2024. The initial indictment said that the plot had Started in 2008.

The indictment said that there were at least three women victims, enumerating them only as “victim-1”, “victim-2” and “victim-3”.

Prosecutors said Combs used the “power and prestige” which he exercised as a musical magnate to intimidate, threaten and attract women in his orbit, often under the claim of a romantic relationship.

The indictment said that he had then used strength, threats and coercion to cause victims, including the three women, to engage in sexual commercial acts.

He said he had submitted his victims to violence, threats of violence, threats of financial and reputation damage and verbal violence.

“On several occasions, the Combs have launched both objects and people, as well as strikes, dragged, stifled and pushed the others,” he said. “On an occasion, Combs suspended a victim on an apartment balcony.”

Prosecutors did not offer any other information on this allegation.

Agnifilo, in a statement, said that Combs was determined to fight against accusations.

“The government added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not friends but were prostitutes at all. “”

Earlier this month, defense lawyers declared in court documents that the allegations described in the indictment were a “sexist and puritan” reaction of prosecutors to consensual sexual acts between voluntary adults.

They wrote that “government theory perpetuates the stereotypes of the victimization of women and the lack of agency”.

They said that the government’s opinion depended on the characterization of sexual performance like “dirty, disgusting or intrinsically not very recommendable” and shows that the government “seeks to control non -compliant sexual activity and that it supposes – despite all Proofs of the opposite – that the voluntary participation of a woman had to be restrictive. »»
