Sean “Diddy” Combs rejected a advocacy agreement during his next racket trial, sex traffic and transport to engage in prostitution.
During a hearing on Thursday, judge Arun Subramanian asked Combres if he had rejected the advocacy agreement for federal prosecutors who could have shorten his possible prison sentence if he was found guilty.
“Yes, I do it, your honor,” said Combs.
The convictions on all the counts would probably be the equivalent of a perpetuity imprisonment for the 55 -year -old combs. The accusation of racket conspiracy is sentenced to a maximum perpetuity prison sentence, while the accusation of sex traffic has a compulsory minimum of 15 years and up to a perpetuity imprisonment.
The details of the plaid negotiation terms have not been disclosed.
Combs was arrested and charged last year after a bomb trial of her former partner, singer Casandra Ventura, alleging a large network of drugs fueled by drugs described as “freak-offs” and years of physical and sexual abuse.
Combs quickly settled this prosecution, but many other accusers and witnesses came forward to accuse the combs of supervising a culture of violent abuse and sex trafficking, leading to a massive federal raid on the properties of combat in Los Angeles and Miami.
Combs denied all the accusations against him, including those in a replaced march indictment, and pleaded not guilty.
The selection of the jury is expected to start on Monday, with declarations of opening on May 12.
