Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Son Accused of Groping Steward on Luxury Charter Yacht

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is once again embroiled in legal issues related to sex crimes, AP reports.

The plaintiff, Grace O’Marcaigh, filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs and his son, rapper Christian “King” Combs.

In the suit, she alleges that Christian Combs assaulted her on a yacht chartered by her father in December 2022.

O’Marcaigh worked on Victorious, a luxury superyacht built by Akyacht and owned and operated by Fraser.

The 278-foot superyacht can accommodate 12 guests and can be chartered for $950,000 per week during the winter season, when the $117 million vessel cruises the Caribbean and Bahamas.

Christian Combs was 24 at the time and his accuser was 25.

O’Marcaigh’s lawyers filed the suit Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The lawsuit, reviewed by BI, says O’Marcaigh had worked as a steward in the yachting industry since 2018.

It says her planned career in the hospitality and yachting industry was derailed due to the “trauma” she suffered following the alleged assault.

The suit accuses the defendants of assault, battery, sexual assault, premises liability, aiding and abetting, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Aaron Dyer, Sean and Christian Combs’ attorney, discredited the lawsuit, calling it “obscene and baseless” and said they would “file a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

Sean Combs chartered the yacht in December 2022 and had full control of the vessel’s staff, including O’Marcaigh.

During one shift, O’Marcaigh served Christian Combs, whom she suspected of being “drunk on a mixture of narcotics and alcohol.”

He allegedly became “aggressive,” grabbed her arm violently and started to hurt her.

The suit claims O’Marcaigh was then drugged and sexually assaulted by Christian Combs.

Producer Rodney Jones obtained an audio recording of the incident.

A transcript of the recording is included in the document, indicating that O’Marcaigh attempted to leave the situation as Christian Combs forced her to take tequila shots.

“I’m going to stop. Stop. I have to go. I have to go. Honestly, I’m already losing sleep. I have to go now,” O’Marcaigh said, according to the transcript.

Later in the interaction, she asked him to stop touching her inappropriately: “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs wherever I want.”

At another point, she told the music mogul’s son to “get your hand off my butt.”

O’Marcaigh pushed Christian Combs away when he undressed and attempted to force her into a non-consensual sexual act.

Christian Combs’ “penis was erect and he grabbed his arms,” trying to force O’Marcaigh to “perform oral sex on him,” the suit states.

The document shows photos of injuries O’Marcaigh suffered during the altercation, including bruises on his arms.

The suit accuses Sean Combs of intentionally failing to ensure a safe environment on the yacht. He alleges he allowed his son to “behave in a negligent manner” while he “observed and imitated his actions.”

The allegations against Christian Combs follow a series of sexual misconduct allegations and lawsuits against his father.

“The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree,” the lawsuit reads.
