The Grammy Award winner, 54, enjoyed a leisurely stroll through his exclusive Star Island community with Justin, 30, who was arrested last month when federal agents invaded the family’s Los Angeles mansion in the middle of a sex trafficking investigation.
Cutting a relaxed figure in a T-shirt and shorts, Diddy appeared in good spirits as he placed his hand on Justin’s shoulder during an intimate father-son moment.
They were joined by Justin’s girlfriend Stephanie Rao as Justin and Stephanie enjoyed a glass of wine during the outing.
The afternoon retreat comes as Diddy raised eyebrows by taking to Instagram to share a clip from his 1998 Victory music video, which depicts him fleeing a SWAT team.

In the clip, Puff Daddy, as he was known when Victory was released in 1997, raps alongside the late The Notorious B.I.G.
The clip also features Danny DeVito, who notes that Diddy’s character evaded capture for years before the words “most wanted” appeared on screen.
Diddy captioned the post: “Bad boy for life.”
Federal agents raided the homes of rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.
Sources told ABC News that two of Diddy’s sons were arrested and later released without charges. TMZ identified them as Justin and Christian “King” Combs.
Diddy was not present during the raids and was seen pacing around the Miami airport shortly afterward.
Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, criticized the way the situation was handled, saying a day after the raids: “Yesterday, there was excessive use of military force when search warrants were executed in Mr. Combs’ residences.
“There is no excuse for the excessive display of force and hostility shown by the authorities or for the manner in which its children and employees were treated.
“Mr. Combs was never arrested but spoke and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any member of his family have been arrested and their ability to travel has not been restricted in any way.
The searches came after the Harlem-born hip-hop star faced a series of lawsuits for sexual assault, rape and other crimes after settling his ex-girlfriend Cassie’s similar lawsuit in November .
‘Enough is enough. For the past two weeks, I have sat in silence and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” Diddy wrote on December 6 in his only statement on the subject.
“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick paycheck. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the horrible things alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.
The suit alleged he controlled and abused her for more than a decade — in addition to drugging her, beating her and forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes while he watched and recorded.

The meeting came after news that Diddy’s son Christian ‘King’ Combs, 25, had been prosecuted for allegedly sexually assaulting Grace O’Marcaigh.
Justin kept it casual in a pink tee and black pants while Diddy relaxed in a bucket hat and sandals.
The two appeared to be having a deep conversation at one point.

Combs was sued on November 16 by singer Cassie, who accused him of rape and physical abuse before the case was settled out of court.
Cassie and several other women who have sued him for sexual assault in recent months have reportedly been cooperating with federal investigators as an alleged sex trafficking investigation involving the hip hop mogul intensifies.
Cassie has been working with investigators for “several weeks,” sources with direct knowledge told TMZ on Wednesday.
The timing means the 37-year-old singer may have even been working with the federal government in the lead-up to two Homeland Security raids on the rapper-turned-executive’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
Sources with knowledge of the investigation said Cassie could have helped authorities establish the probable cause needed for a judge to approve search warrants for both homes.
