With MLB’s international signing period opening today, teams can officially begin signing players in their 2025 class.
For Baseball America subscribers, we have scouting reports and player grades on all 30 teams’ classes, providing information on the big names to know in each class, as well as more in-depth players to watch.
With the uncertainty surrounding Roki Sasaki, some of the players listed here could still change teams. This is especially true for the Dodgers, Padres and Blue Jays, the three finalists for Sasaki, who will not sign players in their class above $10,000 until Sasaki informs them of his decision. That’s also true for other teams looking to add late additions to their class during what has been an extremely chaotic week behind the scenes.
You can find our tracker of each team’s international signing deals here which we keep updated throughout the day and our international bonus chart is here with scouting reports on the top 100 projected bonus players in the class.
