IA that stimulates productivity
The generative assistant of SAP JOULE can be wherever you work, providing personalized answers on everything you need to be more productive.
Joule can support professional users throughout their day, in and outside the world of the SAP application, to find data, surface of information in real time and rationalize workflows. A collaboration with Perplexity, a response engine company fueled by AI, improves Joule’s ability to rely on structured and unstructured data to solve complex commercial problems. Powered by the perplexity and the SAP knowledge graph, Joule now instantly answers questions with structured visual answers – such as graphics and graphics – based on real -time commercial data in SAP workflows. For example, a user could ask the tool how recent external events could have an impact on their business and obtain a forecast according to the current events and the business data of the company.
SAP also unveiled an extended library of Joule agents that reinvent business processes and workflows from zero. Fueled by the most powerful commercial data in real time in the world and orchestrated by Joule, these AI agents work through the systems and activity sectors to anticipate, adapt and act independently so that organizations can remain agile in a rapidly evolving world. In partnership with industry leaders, SAP offers an ecosystem of interoperable agents that can execute end -to -end processes. The new agents cover the customer experience, the management of the supply chain, the management of expenditure, finance and the management of human capital.
Finally, SAP introduced an operating system for the development of AI which transforms the way companies create, deploy and evolve the solutions of AI. AI Foundation gives developers a single entry point for the construction, the extension and execution of personalized AI solutions on a large scale, which makes it the first real operating system for AI Business. A new invited optimizer, designed in collaboration with the AI Lab Not Diamond Frontier, also helps developers quickly create more efficient IA prompts, reducing work on complex use cases from days to a few minutes.
Data that leads to smarter decisions
SAP also introduced new smart applications in SAP Business Data Cloud, each designed for a specific activity section. These applications can continuously learn, simulate results and guide actions using critical data, detect changes to optimize processes, anticipate needs and collaborate with human and artificial thinkers to generate a significant impact. The application of people in the intelligence of people, for example, optimizes the performance of the team by transforming people and skills data into workforce information and recommendations led by AI.
