Santa Margarita, Troy and Sage Hill – Three of the seven women’s female football teams playing in the region of southern California this week – are seeded in their respective divisions.
The regional takes place Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with the highest seed schools as hosts.
Santa Margarita (17-1-3), which won the Open CIF-SS division, is a come first in Division I while looking for a third consecutive title. The Eagles welcome Bonita Vista – The finalist of the open division in San Diego – Tuesday at 4 p.m.
