San Jose firefighters answered a call on Saturday afternoon to the mobile home park in North San Jose.
Three mobile houses were involved in the fire, with a fourth initially threatened, according to a publication on the social networks of the San Jose fire service.
The time for the call was just after 4:15 p.m. just over an hour later, SFJD officials reported that the teams made “good progress” on the fire 500 of Hermitage Lane in northern San Jose.
At one point before 6.30 p.m., the fires had been extinguished in all residences.
“The fire fell to all the affected residences. The crews will remain on the scene to make a revision. No resident has been injured,” according to a social media position made at 6:23 p.m.
Although no injury to residents was reported, two firefighters received medical treatment.
“A firefighter evaluated after being sick and cleared. Another firefighter treated and transported for minor facial injuries after the fall,” according to a position made at 6:04 p.m.
More details on the structures involved in the fire were provided earlier during the day.
“The strongly involved primary unit. An exposure to internal fire damage, the other was limited to the bridge and the roof. The fourth threatened structure had a fence but no structural damage,” reads on X.
