San Diego Police Officer Resigns After Allegations He Had Sex With Suspect In Back Seat

A San Diego police officer accidentally locked himself in the back seat of his patrol car with a female suspect after she propositioned him for sex, leading to his resignation amid an internal investigation from the police – and now everything has become public.

Police have released the embarrassing findings of their investigation into Antoine Hairafter he and other officers arrested two people for alleged car theft last August.

Hair turned on his body camera as he took the suspect to the local San Diego jail — and their encounter and conversation was filmed.

During their exchange, the woman asked Hair if he was married and single, while admitting that she didn’t mind working the system and bluntly saying, “I’m ready to fuck right now. ” Shocked, Hair ordered him not to speak that way because their discussion was being recorded.

After a few minutes, Hair turned off his body camera and his police car slowed to a crawl as he turned onto a dark road, according to a GPS tracking system attached to his vehicle, which suddenly stopped.

About 20 minutes later, Hair radioed another officer to ask for the master key to all the patrol cars. That officer was later interviewed by Internal Affairs investigators, telling them that Hair was panicked when he admitted to being locked in the back of his patrol car with the woman.

A police supervisor intervened and unlocked the car door. Hair told Internal Affairs that the door accidentally closed after he got in the back seat to check on the suspect. He also said his body camera was ripped from its clip as he got out of his patrol car.

As for the suspect, she maintained that she did not have sex with Hair in the back seat that night.
