Ryan Garcia calls out Conor McGregor for bare-knuckle brawl after his threat amid failed drug tests

Ryan Garcia chose X to challenge Conor McGregor to a bare-knuckle fight after the UFC legend’s previous threat.

Garcia tested positive for the banned PED ostarine in two drug tests he took the day before and the day of his shock victory over Devin Haney.

The news sparked a furious reaction from the boxing world, with Haney and his father Bill issuing emotional responses.

UFC legend McGregor was also angry, saying he was “disgusted” and threatened Garcia to get his act together or he would “crush him.”

However, Garcia didn’t seem fazed by “Notorious”‘s threat and responded to him on social media, seemingly calling for a fight.

“If I see Connor McGregor I’ll break your a** weak ankle. You ran away from the test because you were on Roids Roadhouse or ROIDING FUDGE CONNOR POOP BRAIN,” he said in a post on X.

He later added: “Bare knuckle Let’s go, CONNOR Winner collect your trash a** brand of whiskey.”

Another post included a photo of Garcia celebrating his victory over Haney alongside an image of McGregor with his leg in a brace following his loss in the 2021 loss to Dustin Poirier.

“It’s war on the McGregors,” he said in the caption, with both sides playing their part in the war of words.

Garcia defeated Haney three times in their April 20 fight before winning by unanimous decision.

However, questions were raised about his victory amid news of his positive VADA drug tests.

Ostarine, which is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), helps build muscle mass, burn fat and increase endurance to support athletic performance.

Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn reacts to Ryan Garcia’s positive drug test, says it’s ‘very likely’ Devin Haney will regain his unbeaten record

Garcia furiously responded to the news in a video, saying, “I came here to respond to this claim that I cheated.”

VADA drug test results will now be investigated by the New York Commission, which could overturn the result and declare it uncontested.
