Rudy Giuliani has agreed to no longer accuse two Georgia election officials of tampering with the 2020 election, according to a draft agreement filed Tuesday in federal bankruptcy court.
The agreement prohibits Giuliani — who for years amplified election lies as a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump — from publishing or helping to publish false statements that the two workers “engaged “wrongdoing” related to the 2020 elections.
