A quarter supervisor from the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), which was part of the Secretary of State Security team Marco Rubio, was said to have been arrested by the Belgian authorities in a Brussels hotel last week after a dispute with the hotel staff and a fight with the police who arrived on the scene.
