Motor City machine guns finally reached WWE, jumping for a NXT race to go to the main list Friday evening Smackdown. Then, surprisingly, they won the titles of the TAG team. However, they lost them against DIY shortly after, and were involved in a quarrel with Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano since.
It led us to this evening (Saturday, February 1, 2025) Royal Rumble Premium Live Event at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, where they were reserved for a match of 2 out of 3 falls.
The action was quick and furious to start, but it was DIY that fired a quick to mark the first fall. Ciampa delighted a label in Gargano and when Shelley bought it, a hard knee from Tommaso, still the legal man, gave them an advance of 1-0.
The machine guns were, however, persistent and used a strong tandem attack to return and hit Skull & Bones to mark a fall on Gargano for even the match at 1-1.
They had a back and forth hell from there, the one who ended with a surprise. From nowhere, the benefits of the street presented themselves, Angelo Dawkins brandishing a crutch and attacked McMg with. This gave DIY the opening to meet in the middle and keep their titles.
Then, Dawkins and Montez Ford also attacked DIY, presenting them and clearly indicating that they came for the titles and only for themselves.
