Rory McILroy was joined by his wife Erica Stoll and his daughter Poppy while he was participating in the traditional increase in the curtain par-three on the eve of the Masters.
The Northern Irishman continues a first major victory in 11 years when he faces Augusta National this week.
Last year, McILroy’s offer for a fifth major was dominated by turbulence in his private life.
The 35-year-old man asked Stoll divorce one day before arriving for the PGA 2024 championship. The couple then canceled the separation days before the United States opened in Pinehurst.
“There have been rumors about my personal life recently, which is regrettable,” said McILroy at the time.
“Responding to each rumor is a crazy game. In recent weeks, Erica and I have realized that our best future was as a family together. Fortunately, we have resolved our differences and we look forward to a new start.
