After rain has softened the course, the rating conditions were ideal for the second round on Friday at the Masters. And many of the best golfers in the world were ready to take advantage of it.
After a masterful opening lap at Augusta National, the chief of the Round, Justin Rose, returned to Earth on Friday, allowing a large part of the land to move at a striking distance heading for the weekend.
Rose pulled a very respectable round of 71, but had too many bogeys mixed with its handful of birdies.

However, the 44 -year -old Englishman has a lot on the tail, including Bryson Dechambeau and Rory Mcilroy.
Dechambeau, a major double winner, started the second burned land and continued to end the day at 4 sous, sitting a blow behind Rose for the head.
The Northern Irishman, McILroy, had a disastrous back new in the first round on Thursday, but made a total of 180 on Friday, carding a peer of 6 sous which leaves him only two fire shots.
Rose welcomed the opportunity to go against some of the best worlds.
“This is the company I expect to keep, and that’s where I tried to be my whole career,” Rose told journalists after the Tour. “This is where I have been a lot of my career for a lot. I have been one player among the first 10 in the world for a decade or more. So yes, it’s good, obviously, yes, back in this mixture, a hundred percent.”
Rose and Dechambeau will manage at 2:40 p.m. on Saturday while McILroy will start 10 minutes earlier.
McILroy and Dechambeau The star harvest to stay in search of the emblematic green jacket.
The 35 -year -old quest for a victory by Maiden Masters and a big career in a career appeared dead after the multiple Thursday Bogeys who saw him fall from the second to 27th place in the ranking.
After the amazing game of McILroy Friday, he talked about the reset necessary to recover.
“Once I left the property last night, I just tried to leave what had happened here. You know, I rushed from here to go home to see Poppy before she goes to bed. So it was a little pleasant to see her before she fell asleep,” said McILroy.
“Yeah, I guess it’s something I didn’t have a few years ago, to be able to get home and have this kind of this kind of, you know, removing my golf spirit a little. But yes, I’m just – I feel like I have done a good reset job.”

Dechambeau, the golf star Liv, for the second consecutive day, looked like a man on a mission.
The 31 -year -old has talked about the confidence he has to win the most prestigious golf event.
“I would always say, to win, it takes a little luck and a large amount of skills. I have the impression that my skills set is the same, if not a little better in certain aspects,” said Dechambeau.
“So I’m just going to give him my best, and whatever happens, and I agree with everything that is happening. Because in the end, that’s not – that’s not all but it would be incredible to win. It’s just more, keep continuing to put me in positions like this.”
Among the other in the running for a victory sees Corey Conners Canada, who is tied in third place at 6 sous.
Several golfers, including Tyrell Hatton, Matt McCarty, Shane Lowry and the world No. 1, Scottie Scheffler sit on a tie in fifth rank.
Scheffler finds himself in an unknown territory, three strokes of the pink leader after a second incoherent round.
After a Thursday without Bogey, the 28 -year -old Bogey, a Bogey four holes in the new back, including on the 18th hole that found him soak and dive the Magnolia who saw him get on his knees to repel his ball in the Fairway.

“Golf is a funny game. It’s a daily thing. Yesterday, I really felt sharp. Today, not as clear. Could the conditions have contributed to it? I’m a little sure,” said Scheffler.
“This is what is great with this golf course is that it is quite difficult and you have winds like that, you really have to manage your expectations, manage on the course. Sometimes I did a good job. Other times today, maybe not that good.”
Scheffler plans to become the first golfer to win consecutive masters from Tiger Woods in 2002 and it will not be an easy road for him for the weekend in Augusta, in Georgia.
But if there is one thing that Scheffler knows how to do, it’s a comeback and will try to do it from 2:10 p.m. he Saturday.
Bernard Langer and the others to miss the cup
His last masters might not have finished as he would have liked, but Bernhard Langer obtained the sending, we can only dream.
The double champion of the Masters missed the cup after having bogey the 18th hole to put it 3 on the weekend, narrowly missing the cup line +2 and engraving his name in history as the oldest player to make the Masters Cut, a record of Fred Couples established in 2023.
The 67 -year -old previously announced that it would be his last master after playing in the tournament 41 times before.
After the last hole, Langer removed his visor and praised the applauding crowd to Augusta National. He was then welcomed by Augusta National President Fred Ridley, before catching up with his family and entering the clubhouse one last time.

“There have been a lot of ovations standing in the golf course in various places. Today, there were 18 mixed emotions because I was still inside the cup line, and even when I was Bogey, I was not sure I was completely out of there or not because I thought that 3-Over would cut, as windy as today,” said changing.
“So there was a lot of emotions that have flooded in my mind the last two days when I was walking in the fairways. I saw my wife, I saw my four children, and I saw two of my grandchildren came out and supported me, and friends from Germany and the German family.
Among Langer – Brooks Koepka, Tony Finau, Keegan Bradley and the couples did not arrive at the weekend at the tournament.
